WHAT ARE COOKIES?

The following text describes how we use and process the personal data you have provided to us. You will also find information on how to contact us if you have questions about your personal data. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

We only collect personal data for the purpose of communicating with website users or the performance of the service offered or the sale of goods based on the performance of a contract. This includes name, surname, e-mail, shipping address, billing address.

WHAT SECURITY PROCEDURES DO WE USE REGARDING THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA?

The Provider has adopted and maintains technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of, unauthorized transmission of, or other unauthorized processing of, personal data, as well as other misuse of personal data.

  • Ability to restore availability of and access to personal data in a timely manner and in the event of physical or technical incidents.

  • The process of regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures in place to ensure processing security.

  • Multi-level firewall.

  • Antivirus protection and unauthorized access control.

  • Encrypted data transmission via IT technology.

  • Access to personal data only for authorized persons of the Provider.

  • Servers with personal data locked in the server room.

 

HOW CAN YOU CONTROL THE PERSONAL DATA YOU HAVE PROVIDED?

If you want to check what specific data we are working with, please contact the person in charge - see our email in the first part of this page. Please do the same if you wish to delete your personal data.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The customer voluntarily provides his/her personal data and agrees to provide it to third parties under the conditions set out below.

  2. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in hard copy form in a non-automated manner.

  3. In the event that the website user believes that the controller or processor is processing his/her personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of private and personal life, or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he/she may: - request an explanation from the seller or processor, by sending a request to his/her electronic address or in writing, - request the controller or processor, by sending a request to his/her electronic address or in writing, to remedy the situation

  4. If the website user requests information regarding the processing of his/her personal data, the seller is obliged to forward this information to him/her by e-mail or in writing by post. The controller shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the provision of the information referred to in the preceding sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information, in the event of repeated requests.

  5. The Seller is a duly registered data controller. Customers' personal data is secured against misuse. The handling of customers' personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended and in force.

  6. You may report any misconduct, queries, leakage or misuse of personal data to the relevant Personal Data Protection Office.
